Two cement trucks a Jewish guy a redneck and two black guys

The Jewish boy was working his way through college while doing maintenance work for a hospital. He had a friend from South Georgia who was a rural or redneck kind of guy with dollar signs in his head. The Rednecks father was retired and he owned two cement trucks. The redneck suggested to his Jewish friend that they quit maintenance and go into business for themselves.

The two black drivers were glad to be working again. All four of them were wealthy in five years. They continued pouring cement in Atlanta Ga which was having a great deal of construction going on and like I said they made very very good money.

They are retired now and sitting pretty.

    • I’ll buy it, it just goes to show that people can work together. I’m not 80 but I’m a carpenter. In my 50,s I own eight houses. I bought them all for less than 100,000 each, one at a time. About every two or three years. I would fix one up and then rent it. I’m having other people pay the mortgage. I’ve now paid off all of those houses. I bought them only in the best areas. But they were all foreclosures or divorce specials. Each one is worth at least five to $800,000. I was a high school **. I couldn’t study. I couldn’t pass test. I smoked a lot of pot. The only reason I got out was cause I was really good in art. I even got accepted to the top art and engineering colleges in the country. Even though I was number 456 out of 475 in my class. Unfortunately I couldn’t pay for it. I was on my own. So I became a carpenter. I have an ability to focus on detail on expensive projects. Which I put into all of my houses. Now my two boys have some great intergenerational wealth that I did not get. My father was a true **. Me, I worked my ** ** off.

    • OP is back at it, a failed writer living in mommy’s basement, pulling on his own dongle and drafting stupid stories.

    • Actually I'm not a writer but a retired man nearly 80 years old. I own half a house I share with a relative and his children and grandchildren. I have a pension and social security and a lot of time on my hands. Much of what I write happened in the 60's or 70's. My post was about a situation that happend in 1974. Its true whether you believe it or not.
