Legal help pls
I work in a gym (not an instructor job, I maintain the equipment and take care of the space). I got approached by a client who asked me out to a cafe. She told me she and her friend (lesbians) would like to get (both) pregnant. They talked it over and they agree I am a good donor (non smoker, fit, tall, college, etc.). Her friend is also our client.
They offer no pay but they say I can make love to them "free" until they get both pregnant. Meaning a couple of weeks or maybe two or there months max. Then they want nothing else from me. A couple of times each week. After hours.
Now I think theirs is an honest offer and I would be willing to take it. But I worry in the future they (or any of them) could sue me and request my help raising the baby/-ies.
Should I sign any contract with them then? Or is such a written contract null, should they change their mind later?
Legal agreement is not worth **. You'll get screwed over for Money once the kid arrives and they no longer want to work and be stay at home mom's. You'll. Be sleeping in your car before being arrested for being late on child support. Wait and see! Go marry a nice country gal and have all the kids you want.
Not only that, but you will never see your own kid.
A legal agreement would benefit all party's involved. protecting you and them from possible later unwanted involvements.
There's no such agreement. Courts will throw it out in favour of the mother. Go do some research and you will see.
I disagree, but for the cost of a lawyer and contract you could bang quite a few other women, probably a lot hotter, and all on the DL.
