I worked for a sheet steel company in Georgia.
I went to work there ater I graduated High School. The work environment was loud and unpleasant but the salary paid the bills so there I stayed for many years until retirement. One of our workers was a High School dropout and bully who I couldn't stand. I never had anything to do with him directly. His job was to sweep up and recycle steel filings and put them in a barrel for recycling.
He was a very stupid illiterate person in school and so stupid in fact that I wish they would not allow people like him in school. He was a thief and a bully. I was a manager but not his manager. He worked for a different boss.
He had one redeeming quality in that he worked overtime when asked and was very enthusiastic in his work doing a good jof.
I think I have figured out why he was good at his work.
One it was easy, two it was as good as he could do. Even though I could not stand him I have to admit we needed people like him.
He married a unattractive woman and he had ugly kids. I retired about the same time he did.
Heres hoping I never see that ** again.

Impossible. My children are handsome a great son and a gorgeous daughter. Both college educated.
