I regret ruining my marriage

I really fuct up years ago when I lost my wife. Everyone said it would haunt me and I laughed but it's been nearly a decade now and I'm still ** at myself. She was always good to me and I took her for granted so I probably deserve this. She wasn't perfect but she's everything I would want in a woman .it's long over and feels like a lifetime ago, I'm demented and haunted by the past.
