I get anxietyattacks every time im about to go to my work out classes. I start to cry and try to figure out excuses for me not to go. Dont know why. Remember I used to love this and as the years have passed by ive just stopped having emotions at all. except for the anxiety.
why does this happen? what should I do? everybody's f****** begging me to shape up. s**** them, i really wanna stop with the anxiety.
