I Hate Myself Right Now!

It's ok to be naughty sometimes. Don't hate yourself, it's natural. People are so pressured socially to act in certain ways. Certain ways that go against nature. Nature is like gravity in that it always pulls you back to it. All these social pressures create anxiety and self hate. Let yourself go sometimes. I'm sure you weren't hating yourself while you were doing it.
