Prom!
I got my prom dress weeks ago, but now I'm gaining weight. I'm scared I won't fit in it, so I've started throwing up my meals haha. I can't gain any weight, this dress is perfect!

I grew up in the 80s and graduated HS in 1990. I tried so hard to fit in back then. I wanted to be popular with the boys. I used to do everything to look like Brook Shields. I wanted to stay skinny so I could fit in my size 2 Calvin Klein jeans, I would throw up every meal.
I'm not proud of that technique and not saying it was the right thing to do but it did keep me from gaining weight back then.
Now I'm a yoga instructor with a large fitness company. I now know diet and exercise is the best method for long term health and weight loss.
How many times will your brother wear your dress before you get to wear it to your prom ??
Instead of throwing up your food change what you eat and get a little exercise every day - you will fit your dress perfectly.
Oh, hun please don't do this. It's not healthy to throw up your meals because your body needs nutrition, it can't operate without food. By throwing it up, you're not losing weight in a healthy way.
