I'm a grown man but feel like a little girl inside

Although I'm an adult I feel like I'm really a child inside but not a little boy, a little girl. I want to dress up in little girl clothes and play with dolls. I want to be a ballerina and dance for everyone. I want to play dress up and put makeup on. I mostly want a mommy to love me and call me her pretty little girl.
