I sat on a chair and watch my sis bathing him and his big swollen **. No he didn't even bother her he just said that he was ashamed being bathed by her and I said he can go fully naked to get used to it. He then thought he had a chance to see her naked when I would force her to be naked too but I said no in a very clear way. If she wants him to see her naked she can get naked it's her decision.
