Everything seems to be falling apart
I'm fairly sure I'm about to be kicked out of university, I don't really have any family I can fall back on, my oldest friend is dying from cystic fibrosis, I have a medical condition which makes it difficult for me to keep an ** which many girls I've know have blamed themselves for and has destroyed several relationships because I cope with the guilt of it and to top it all off I'm starting to have thoughts that really scare me and make me scared to be in my own head and I have absolutely no idea what to do about any of it
Pretty much the plan I have if the ** does hit the fan
