Poor little guy
This poor little guy.... He works for/ with me and he thinks I am his friend. He is trying to start a business on the side and is slacking at work. He is trying to make me a part of his business and I am going along with it. I have worked a little bit with him. He pays me because he thinks that if I except the money that I am guilty and that I cant burn him. I hide the money in his desk :). This is his last week, I am going to burn him next week. He isn't a bad guy but, ** you... stay out of my way.
You're a ** **.
In correct literary terms it would be 'accept the money' not 'except'.
I hope you receive some bad karma as soon as possible.
To correct you Mr/Miss/Ms poster......... it is one word "incorrect" not in correct..... so don't correct others until you're correct. I agree with you though, the correct word to use in this instance is "accept"
To correct YOU, fool... re-read that sentence. To use the term "incorrect" in that sentence would require an entirely different sentence structure to be grammatically correct. " 'Except' is an incorrect term; in correct literary terms, the right word would be 'accept'." Don't correct others until YOU'RE correct.
Correct? Correct!!
Also, OP is a pri ck.
