I wanna hate food, but i love it

Ive always had problems with eating. ive always felt like i had to eat every secound. Now its like i eat just because. I wish , i hated food. couldn't stand to eat. I exercise, but the eating part is difficult. I want to hate food. I wanna lose weight. im going to replace it with somthing else. My mom says im just greedy, i think its a problem. I wanna be super fit. Those hot toned girls with a lil stomach definition and muscles.

  • Well we need food to fuel our bodies. It's just that sometimes we put too much in the tank... When you say food..what is the food that you feel that you have a problem with? Is it sugar or fatty foods? You never hear about people being addicted to carrots and celery..lol.
    One solution that could help with cravings, is to change your lifestyle. Diet is such a terrible word. It has "die" in it and it always seems like a temporary fix to a larger issue. Eat mainly proteins, vegetables, limited fruits and water. If you don't eat sugar or drink soda, you will eventually not crave it. Keep a journal to see what and how much you eat and what your mood is like. You have a goal. Go for it. Weight Watchers could be good for you, it gives you the freedom to eat what you want in moderation.
