What should I be ready for?
Ok so back in November, when I was 17, I was getting driven home by my friend back to my dorm. He had not been drinking but I was very intoxicated. He was speeding and got pulled over (cuz he's a smart **). I was never breathalyzed, I never admitted I was drunk, they have no record of me being drunk, yet I still have to go to court on Monday, March 3rd.
I am now 18 and I live in North Carolina.
Should I bring up the fact that they have no evidence of my being drunk?
And if they don't listen to that, what should I expect to happen?
