Tommy's Way or No Way...
I work with a guy by the name of "Tommy" who is extremely violent and scary. One morning he came into the office early when only I am working and I thought he looked a little off-color so I asked him what was wrong.
He looked at me as if I was a ghost and he grabbed my wrist, twisted it behind my back, and began pulling my pants down. I couldn't really hear what he was saying because it was mostly mumbling but he ** me. I left my body while it was happening and blocked it out.
Ever since then "Tommy" will make me do his work and if I don't then it's punishment time. I don't know what to do anymore so I gave my two weeks notice and once "Tommy" finds out he's gonna make me ** it again.

Always do as your told, don't tell anyone.
This happened to my wife a lot. The best thing she ever did was let him do whatever he wanted and never tell anyone. Of course I made her tell me everything he did to her.
You really need to tell the police. He needs to be stopped and it is possible that he is hurting other people as well.
