I know what your problem is,you need to engage with the person and stop focusing on the race of a person.A person is more than,their ethnicity/race.We're a person.Our race/ethnicity is a fraction of our identity,but we're all more than this.Try to get to the know the person,inside :) You'll blossom into a better person,if you start doing this.

haha im black and i can interact with fellow black people but i know what you mean. were a pretty judgemental race sometimes and difference in upbringing are usually mocked because its different to that of a majority or typical stance. I say be yourself and try and open up youll be fine

I understand you girl! Ive grown up around a mixed community and I mostly hung out with white ppl, but now, Ive moved somewhere where the black culture is everywhere and I dont know how to respond to it too well, though I try. Even though, I still have mostly all the white ppl in the school where I am at(which is about 3) and a few blacks, but all my friends still call me "white"
