Insomnia **.
I'm in transition with my anti-depressants. I can't sleep at night and that usually wouldn't bother me because I write. But I can't focus and when my meds are in my system I'll be able to focus to get stuff done and hopefully get on a sleep schedule. Until then call me Cornelius.

Melatonin has been proven to not always be effective, especially if a person has had long term insomnia. Spread your bumper sticker wisdom where it's wanted. Take care now.
Thought about it. went to a meeting but the night i went they weren't meeting for some reason. never went back. This guy called Bob was waiting outside when i walked up.
