How Best to Deal with a Bully...?
Because that's just what white people are. Bullies. People who hate and base their hate on stereotypes and myths they concocted to give their hate 'meaning' and justification.
They seek to mentally and physically harm others because they feel inferior, so tout superiority, with no respect.
Whenever I hear a child is being abused in school or someone is being abused or bullied at work, the irony astounds me. Because white people will have a million ways - articles, videos etc - on how to deal with a bully, how to overcome the sadness and depression that hinders those being bullied, how to help that child or employee, but can't see that they, themselves, are bullies.
They stand by while asians, blacks, latinos, and native americans are persecuted, wrongfully prosecuted, called names, and treated less-than.
Asians, blacks, latinos, native americans... Don't hurt yourself trying to undertsand why white people don't like you. Bullies always come up with reasons, kind of like they did in school.
"You smell..."
"I don't like your face..."
"I hate you..."
Bullies are narcissists; they will continuously hurt you and tell you to get over it. Tell you you're making it up. Gaslight you.
They will project all their internalized hate and anger on to you, and get mad when you don't want to take it anymore.
The narrative is the same. The rhetoric, only slightly different.
Don't read how to deal with racism. No. You should be reading literature on how to deal with bullies.
I think during international bully week and events, we should be looking at the biggest bully of all.
Kill him along with all the pacifists-wanna be that tell you to not get your revenge , if we don't take serious and drastic actions those ** will just understand that they can abuse us as much as they please because we just don't do anything to make them stop

Isn't that the VERY definition of being a bully... (singling out one person, blaming one person, obsessing over one person in particular etc ). Why do you keep talking about black people?

To Poster: Your really funny. You call out whites and ignore what blacks do to each other. For years blacks have said that skin color shouldn't matter and that they just want to be treated the same as white folk and now that its actually happening ya'll want to be treated special because of your skin color.
I grew up in a northern liberal city and learned early on that the biggest racist are the ones screaming the loudest that someone else is racist. If you have such a problem with whites there are plenty of places where blacks are the majority... go to one of them and see how well your whiny ** works, my bet is they'll kick your ** on principal alone within the 1st month.
Um I'm curious... The poster mentioned asians, native americans, latinos and blacks. Why did you feel the need to single out black people in your comment? Isn't this th. thing the poster is talking about? You targetted one race, just like bullies target and single out one person.

I used to be sympathetic toward victims of bulliing. I guess now that I've been classified as a bully simply because I'm white, well I feel kinda lost. Do I just go out and rough up someone?
Here's a headsup for you. Anytime you group a bunch of people together by the color of their skin or racial group, you're being racist. Straight off the bat you group all white people together as bullies. You're a racist. Seems like you've been on the receiving end of racism. Yet here you are being racist. I guess a lot of people just can't resist demonizing people based on skin color. Including you.

Bullys come in all shapes sizes and genders. Some are very intelligent and or varsity athletes. Those are the worst kind. Others are marginal in their IQ's and they tend to be ** off at the world so they take it out on someone who could not possibly defend themselves against them. Girls often help their boyfriends make some kids life miserable.
No single bit of advice fits all bullies.
