There's no accountability. No one knows who the mods are, despite repeated requests for them to be identified. One user got into a fight with someone who was probably a mod (but no one knows) and immediately had all of their posts deleted, plunging their influence points from the 400s down to -642. They were no longer able to post under their IP address. They contacted support via email, and staff REFUSED to look into it, telling the user that asking for further investigation was "a deeply offensive attack on our moral character." This email also stated that all the mods are friends, so hello nepotism.
Meanwhile, users will post LITERAL SPAM and the mods won't do **. But a user who runs afoul of one of the mods has all of their posts (some of them made months ago) removed under the "spam/clutter" rule.
Don't post there.

What on earth is this mess? It's sus that you won't mention the content of the posts that the mods deleted. The reason why your "concerns" weren't investigated further was because you must have deliberately violated the ToS. Where's your accountability? I don't see it here.
