I am scared of balding
I am currently 20 years old and I am scared of becoming a bald guy. This is because my father started balding early and became a norwood 7 cueball (the horseshoe thing) . My mother's side has a strong history with male pattern baldness with one brother being a norwood 7. I think about it almost everyday and sometimes I worry that my hair will just fall out and I will become a short fat and bald man.
A lot of men dont take care of their health. When there is a problem tertiary body functions get put on hold like growing hair. Eat right, down those vitamins like biotin, exercise. Balding might be genetic but dont fall into gap of poor health where you hair skin and nails suffer.
I'm 70 and been bald for a long time. I still get female attention so don't let it bother you.
Don't become fat then. Simples.
