Worked with a ** who took advantage of teen girls

I worked nights one winter at an adolescent psychiatric center for kids with family issues.
As a new employee I was taken around by this 30 yr old guy who had worked there for 4 years - showing me my nightly duties. One duty was to check on each room every 15 mins and document the same in the kid's medical chart. We used a special flash-light for this....not bright enough to awaken the teens - but enough light we could check on them. The kids were used to seeing us doing our 'rounds'.

A couple of nights later I was making my rounds about 3AM and noticed that the rooms were unusually warm ....and that some of the teens had uncovered themselves in their sleep.
When I went back to the nurses station I mentioned the room temps to this guy - and he gave me a 'look' to shut-up, before the head nurse heard what I was saying.
He took me out into the hallway and told me, "Yeah, after the patients are asleep, I turn up the thermostat...."
I was puzzled,,"Why?"
"Yeah, it's cool - those teenaged girls get hot and kick their covers off - and most of them are NOT wearing PJ's like they're supposed. So you get to see a lot of ** young butts and ** in their bikini **!! It's great - been doing it for yrs!"

The next morning I returned to work and asked to speak to the head nurse.
As a new employee - she did not want to believe me, but said she would look into it , and that he would not be on the work schedule until she got this sorted. A lot of very wealthy and influential families put their kids in this private facility! This fancy thermostat recorded temps and times, and changes in same!~!
She fired him....
