Feels good to vent here
That's the top reason I'm the way I am about his dad. I want to draw a clear line because I want to emphasize the fact that we aren't full siblings. We may technically be brother and sister since we share one parent, but we are half, not full blooded brother and sister. I hope if he ever has a girlfriend or wife, they treat him badly and that people in general treat him badly.
If he ever went to me for help, as a Christian I would have to accept his request and help him despite my wish to have him struggle financially in life. However, I would not take it upon myself to go out of my way to look out for him and I hope he wouldn't go to me in the first place.
