Stop lying on your resumes!
My coworker lied about being fluent in Spanish. She’s only half Hispanic and speaks broken Spanish. I’m full Hispanic and I speak and write Spanish fluently. If you can’t speak to a Spanish speaking person without a translator on your phone, why would you lie on your resume about it? She’s also half black and this is the second time a black person is pretending to speak Spanish to get a job. Why not learn the language? Why expect those to do the job for you? Are you that lazy and dumb you can’t learn a new language? People always bash the immigrants for taking jobs, but we all know who the real culprits are!

It's called "Spanglish". It's a combination of Central American Spanish slang and broken English and it is an example of ignorance and the lack of assimilation that ** are famous for...All Latino or Hispanic border jumpers speak it. Unless we get rid of the democrat scum and get control of this unrestrained immigration, it will be the dominant language spoken in the US within another 10 years.

So? Maybe she is giving the boss some good oral and that makes up for it.
