Heartbreak and betrayal

I joined a college club with a female friend of mine and some seniors were in charge. She was excited about it as it was something she had always been interested in. But one of the senior guy was a bit of an **. She kinda fumbled and got scolded by him in a mocking kind of way. She cried a lot and said she was embarrassed. I had to cheer her up and all. it was weird why she was affected by it so much. She apologised to the guy and it was fine after that. She seemed to be getting along well with the senior. A bit too well actually. She began to spend less time with me and soon I often found her hanging out with him. It felt bad since I had known her for a long time. I began to miss her so I asked her to go with me to an informal house party for the college students. At first she didn't seem sure but after a while she suddenly texted me that she'll go. It was in some big house and we went together. I wanted to enjoy with her but she kept looking around for something. Soon I realised what it was. I saw her go up to the senior guy, completely forgetting about me. After a while I got fed up and decided I would take her back. But I couldn't find her. I couldn't find the guy either. I wish I didn't go look for her but I did. I looked around in many rooms and saw them together in one of them. They were making out and his hand was moving under her skirt. I wanted to cry. It was so disheartening. I knew her for such a long time and liked her a lot. I left without her and she didn't even call me after that. Soon I heard that they began dating. After a few months he dumped her but she never talked to me after that. She made other friends and hangs out with them.
