My girlfriend's like a zombie on the phone
My girlfriend recently is like a zombie on the phone, scrolling instagram and tiktok while im doing chores at home. It frustrates me and when i ask her to help me she always complains that she's tired and powerless, while i am aswell. We both work full time, i am in the office every working day, while she has 50/50 home office. Lately it is getting too much for me to bear with everything and her attitude is unbearable, she complains over the smallest thing and turn the situation on me and make me guilty. I've tried talking to her on that topic but she doesn't seem to hear, only say "yes, yes" and we go off again the same way as before.
What can i do?
