Incident during summer school
I was in summer school because I wanted to get ahead in school. A lot of loserers who were there were merely trying to pass something they had failed.
I minded my own business and overall just wanted to go there and then get out.
A girl was by the hallway door with her boyfriend when this other boy larger than her boyfriend deliberately touched the girls breast. He wouldn't uit and the smaller boy pullled a knife and stabbed him and stabbed him and stabbed him. The breast toucher got stabbed in the stomach, his chest and in his back and the screams of his girlfriend finally brough his rage to a halt as several teachers tried to help the guy he had stabbed.
I was in court as a witness and the stabbed guy had lost his spleen and the boy who stabbed him was on trial for attempted murder.
I described the whole incident. I did the best I could and I added that it would not have happened had the guy not touched the girls chest.
He got off on a reduced sentence and was on probation I believe five years. He had tried to kill his girlfriends assailant.
Do you think he overreacted?
Yeah - just a slight over reaction!!!
