I believe Americas legal system should be based entirely on reven
Murderers should be hung with short rope so that the criminal will slowly choke to death. Rapists should have their ** burnt off. If the perp is a child molester, ** and especially if the abuse ended in murder or permanent injury to the child should be lowered by degrees over a slow fire.
For kesser crimes like theft a beating in public with Juvenile delinquents watching. The criminal would be beaten until the ribs how through his back.
Non violent criminals who continually violate the law would be given a long drop hanging.
Society should have no tolerance for habitual criminals.
Illegal immigrants should be shot if found on this side of the border. Mercy should only be shown to chlldren trafficed by gangs. The gang members themselves should be shot.
When it comes to criminals I feel that instead of being mollycoddled they should be eliminated by any means necessary including extermination.
