My father was the sheriff in a small Arkansas town
My father had arrested a man for statutory ** of a mentally retarded girl. He was in a small town jail awaiting being moved to a larger facility when several armed men brokein and held my father at gun point. They got the keys to the rapists cell and cut his ** off. The man begged and screamed to no avail. He had no ** or testicles after the rather unprofessional operation was over. They left him screaming n the cell floor.
They showed my father the severed ** and told him they were going to throw them in a deep lake so that no fancy doctor could sew them back on again.
My Dad was terrified but they didn't do anything to him and left.
The men were indicted but never convicted. The girl was the daughter of a prominent citizen in town who hired many employees.
Not sure what became of the castrated man.
