My intellectually challenged sister
I tried to do the right thing. She's 19 and was born with an intellectual disability. Nothing wrong with her body, if you passed her in the store you'd never know she has the intellect of a child.
Our parents recently passed in a car accident on 2/10. I've assumed responsibility for her, and she's been living in my guest room since then.
