I give up
You can't get the President to listen to you. You can't get Congress to listen to you. You can't get the Media to listen to you. You fight and vote and fight and scream and cry and what does it get you? Nothing. This is why people are apathetic about politics. You know what? I'm thinking they may be on to something.
People say that "if you don't vote, you get the government you deserve. Well, you know what? I voted. I helped get out the vote. I donated. I canvassed. I got my guy elected, and at the end of the day, I got nothing to show for it. Nothing.
So, here's me giving up, folks. For my own sanity, I can't care anymore. It's all I can do to get up in the morning and do my own job let alone worry about what everybody else is doing. I realize it's a horrible defeatist and cynical view, but I just don't have the energy anymore.

the government is way to ** up right now. it dosnt mater who gets elected these days no one can get along cause they think to much for themselves and dont think for anyone else
