I am a female non-smoker and I find it strangely compelling to watch other women smoke. I sneek peeks and try to surreptitiously watch them smoke. Well, maybe you should try smoking for yourself. I know it seems weird, especially sense when men do it you are turned off, but you (as a woman) would likely look just as ** as the women you seek peeks at.
I have the same fetish. I hate the smell of cigarettes and I live quite a healthy lifestyle, but when I see a hot girl smoking, it puts me over the top. I guess it just goes back to my HS girlfriend, and the general bad girl image that smoking conjures up. Harmless I'd say. There are certainly worse fetishes.
