Just ** it
Sometimes I just want to tell the world to ** off. I had an event in the military that left me emotionally scarred. Every now and then I start thinking about it and just want to get away. I go to my den, close the door and cry. I know a grown man isn't supposed to cry, but I just can't help it. There is no rhyme or reason to it, it just happens. My coping methods are to get away from everyone and smoke. Noting illegal, but as many times as I have tried to quit, it seems like the only way to get my mind back to reality is to go off by myself and light up. My wife doesn't understand, and it seems like nobody else does either. So, I just want to tell everyone to just ** off. I'm glad we have these anonymous sites where we can say any ** thing we want without any repercussions. So, if you can appreciate a little ranting, great. But if you can't, then just ** off.
No judgment bro. But it sounds to me like PTSD. You should see someone for that. Also cry all you want, it doesn't make you weak or any of that **. Sometimes people just need to cry and that's all we can do in these times. I hope things get better for you. You need to get it off your chest, feel free to on these sites, better than keeping it inside. Anyone who says others can go ** it.
Nobody will and nobody can understand bro. That's the harsh truth. Just got to take it one day at a time. I hope it gets better for you, for reals.
Have you ever thought of getting help for your PTSD? It's okay to say ** off, but at some point you're going to have to deal with it. And it's okay to cry. You're human. You can be big and strong and still have emotions.
