Been There & Done That....only Better!
Got a Guy that started working at our Company about a Month ago. First few days he seemed a easy fit and was friendly enough as well. Since then he has all but alienated himself from the other People. He is one of those guys than can "top" whatever Story that you have. The Subject doesn't matter because he always has a better Story than anyone else!
Let the others know you're going to make up an outlandish story that is unbelievably crazy, then see if he tops it. If he does demand proof, then you and your friends can have a laugh on him
Yeah we got one of those Guys too. Gets annoying for sure!
He's just insecure and trying too hard to fit in and be liked and accepted. But still, it's annoying. Your office would not be complete without one of those guys. Well, as long as he pulls his weight and does a good job.
