Long Distance Relationship

Me and my boyfriend have been in a long distance relationship for over a year now. He calls me almost every day- and that was fine, up until he started to call every HOUR on the hour! I'm trying to sleep and suddenly, i hear the phone wring. Nine out of ten times, its him on the other end.I
love my boyfriend to death, but i don't know how to tell him that he's annoying me without making it sound like a break up. We have a healthy relationship otherwise, and i don't want to ruin it. But the phone calls are driving me and my family INSANE.

  • Take charge and plan the next phone call. Say "OK, I'm gonna call you tomorrow night at 9pm. I'll talk to you then!" If he tries to call between, don't answer. If he asks why, "I was sleeping" at night, "I was at work" during the day, whatever you were doing. If he pushes you for more answers, be honest. "You were calling me too much."

  • Change your number and forget that needy loser.
