My sister in law touches me...

This is something that has been going on for quite a long time,My SIL will touch me on my **,whether she would pinch it or slap it she would do it even in front of my wife.My wife will laugh and shrug it off like nothing,i too at times will just be like okay shes drunk and being a crazy ** so whatever.One day my wife,her and i were having a little too much to drink and things got really weird.My wife had went to the room and passed out and there i was alone with my SIL.I was starting to doze off on the couch,i was awaken to my SIL gropping my ** and playing with me,my shorts were to my knees and she was between my legs touching me,i was shocked and immediately pulled my shorts up and walked very fast to the bedroom where my wife was sleeping.I wanted to wake her and tell her so bad and till this day i wish i had sooner.Going back,I was followed shortly after by her and she came into the room as i was pacing back and forth still shocked and not knowing what to do,she asked am i coming back to the living room.as if nothing happened?,WTF? I thought to myself and assured her that i will.I just wanted her to leave the room,she returned to the living room and i stayed in the room,like ** i was going back in there.Shortly after i can hear her go into her room and close the door,I then ran to the LVRM to shut everything off(Tv,etc) and ran back hoping she didnt come back out.Thank God she didnt,i couldnt sleep the whole night and was completely taken back by what happened.The next morning she acted as if nothing happened,WTF?..like are you crazy?,A few days passed and there we were again,hanging out,the three of us relaxing and enjoying a few drinks.I would replay what had happened in my head and just decided to try and forget about it.Writing it off as she was really ** up and didnt know what she was doing and im sure really regrets it,i was ** wrong.Heres my dumbass again having to much to drink and passing out,this time i was the first one.Im sure at some point they followed suit and later finding out they couldnt get me to bed,so a blanket was placed on me and i was left on the couch.I woke up and it was dark,no one was around and something told me to go to the bedroom and i didnt listen.I was too drunk and tired to move,i figured everyone was asleep so i just stayed on the couch.Some time later i woke up in this completely dark LVRM to a massage on my legs,which my wife always does,more often then most people will give.She usually starts at the legs and works her way up,you know where im going.With my eyes shut im enjoying this rubdown and its getting me excited,as soon as i know im really hard and im receiving some handy work.Something was off,i opened my eyes wider and sat up to focus on my wifes face.Nope,not wife but SIL mug looking back at me getting ready to finish me in her mouth,literally.I jumped up and face planted on the floor and shouted what the ** are you doing?,she looked at me like everything was good.I almost slapped her ** but just left the room blaming myself.I know alot of you are gonna think that i encouraged this behavior or even wanted it,that couldnt be futher from the truth.I told my wife about the first encounter and i know her and my SIL talked and i dont know what happened from there,its like it was just forgotten about.WTF?,i havent told her about the second time and since then this chick has tried to kiss me,touch me again all while being SOBER.Why would my wife just shrug this off?,Does she not believe me?,Does sisters believe they are loyal to the bone and they could never hurt each other?,im ** confused and dont know what to do.I need advice and guidance,have anyone been through this?,what will work?,what was the outcome?,this type of ** destroys families,What if she flips out because i wont allow her advances?,I think this chick has a weird obsession with me,what do i do?.Thanks.
