Conflicted
I currently live with my bestfriend of 8+ years and his girlfriend. I've had a crush on her before they met and it's slowly killing me. I don't know how to handle it anymore, I just want to tell her what I feel without being a ** and ruining my friendship to them both... Especially my bestfriend.
I just want to get this off my chest before I go insane.
I have a question. Who is in charge? You or your feelings? Thank you for sharing. Please consider what I have to say. We hear so much about feelings and what they are telling us is wrong. Your feelings must of course inform decisions but the head must rule the heart. You cannot put a price on a good friend. Feelings come and go my friend. Much of it is chemical. Biology. What is your honor worth? Your friend? Do not entertain endless loops of self-gratification in your thinking. You get to choose what you think. Make your head to rule, your heart will follow. Be honorable.
