I’m in love with my coworker

I’ve fallen deeply in love with a coworker and it’s eating me up alive. I’ve been with my wife for 13 years, since we were 18, and married for the last five. I genuinely have no idea what to do, I can’t tell anyone about it, just had to throw it out there.
