Anyone here ever met ** like this?

You loan him or her something and its returned in a damaged state. You loan them money and you almost have to sue their ** to get it back. You loan them your car and they return it with almost no gas?

I had to tell this loser I wanted no more to do with him. He died a couple of years ago and I'm not even sorry.
