Never mind the title 2

I cant sleep all night . the reason i am writing this is because its 3 in the morning and i feel a load on me. i dont know why? why am i always so stressed out for no reason. like as if i have to go out and fight a war a battle. why cant i be just who i am just myself and accept myself the way i am
