I don't know

I believe in God, but I don't know what religon I am. I love to study religon, a lot more than I like to practice them.
I call myself Jewish, but I feel like I don't have to do all that praying and ceremony stuff, I just have to believe in God and be a good person.
I'm not sure if I believe in Jesus or not, i don't know why, I just get this... I don't know... 'feeling' that God is real and Jesus is not.

  • Forget religion. Every religion on the planet is man-made.
Various churches seeking power & influence using superstition & lies.
No God ever started a religion.
    Men did.
Be as spiritual as you wish. Be kind to people. Be good to people. Pray, if it makes you feel good, or better.
    But don't buy the lie.

  • You don't need to choose a religion to believe in a diety. That's a bit like saying you need to choose a Ford or a GM to like cars. Read about the diety of your choice, learn as much as you can, then if you really feel the need to choose a religion find one that believes as closely as you do. Of course you could always just choose to practice your faith without selecting a church too.

Until then if anyone asks you can say you're "christian but I don't follow any particular mainstream religion".

  • Ever think that "feeling" comes from all the people you've heard say that Jesus isn't real? Satan is very deceitful.

Romans 10:17 "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."

Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."

Acts 5:30-32 "The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.
Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him."

If Jesus was not truly the Messiah, then why were the apostles willing to die for what they knew was a lie? So what made them believe so firmly, not only that Jesus was the Messiah but also that he arose from the grave? So firmly that they all gave their lives for it. Jesus showed himself to 500 witnesses and we have records of even more, a lot of which are secular accounts.

The Lord God Loves you and the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world has been slain for you. His blood has been spilled, now put it on your door post before the end comes and the plagues are unleashed. Believe in the name of Yeshua Ha'Mashiach Because the end is near. Now is the time of the great falling away. Pray to the LORD to save your soul because if you don't then the wrath of God will abide on you, as it does even now. When men die, the Lord will recompense and give all men according to what they have done. Christ Jesus is the Vine, he alone can make a branch bear fruit.

  • You poor cretin. You live your life around a 1700 year old novel that has been changed & re-written, and added to, and exaggerated over many, many years.
    You're pathetic.
