I've been stuck on this for a long time...

I'm still completly in love with my high school sweetheart. We dated for just over 2 years and broke up over the STUPIDIST fight in the world. It has been about 2-3 years since we have even talked. We have both been in relationships since and are both currently in relationships that we've been in for about a year. I still think about how much I love her everyday. Should I tell her that I still feel this way?? I feel like I'm just going to be depressed until I do. I don't want to f*** things up tho.

  • If you're still in love with her, then it's only right to break it off with the woman you're with now because it's not fair to her, and it's not fair to yourself if you don't have closure from the break up with your highschool sweetheart. After that, I'd say try and get in contact with your highschool sweetheart. Maybe e-mail her or text her...Ask her if she wants to meet somewhere and catch up. Tell her how you feel, and if she feels the same and wants to break it off with her boyfriend, then great. If not, then at least you tried, and you can finally get over her and when you do, you can fall in love with another person the same way you fell in love with her. But you're probably never going to be in love with the woman you're with now if you aren't already.
    Best of luck :)
