I am a horrible person
I have an incredibly stressful job. Within this job I serve as a leader and mentor to multiple individuals. I sent sexually suggestive text messages to one of the individuals under me and it made her extremely uncomfortable. I regret having created a hostile work environment, the emotional duress I created within the individual and the loss of confidence that this situation has created within my job. This situation has caused major depression in my life as I now face the consequences of my actions. I am an overall horrible person.
If you really were a horrible person you wouldn't feel bad about it. The best thing to do when you've wronged someone is to apologize, make restitution and resolve to do better in the future. Carrying any guilt beyond that is counterproductive.

You're not a horrible person. Horrible isn't the correct word. It was inappropriate. You will deal with the consequences, whatever they may be and you will survive. Your best approach is to apologize for your actions, if you can. It will work out. Go and see someone about your depression and stress, so that you can regain your confidence in your job.
