Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a little over a month now and I honestly love him with all my heart but I've noticed that he's very passive and not at all controlling and doesn't speak his mind or tell me to do anything like a guy should do! Should
We live in the 21 st century, he shouldn't be controlling you or telling you what to do. You are a human being and have as much right to your own opinions and actions as anybody else. However, if you feel that you are missing some of his insightful input into any decisions then by all means encourage your boyfriend to communicate with you more. Lastly, I feel that the fact that he respects you enough to have complete trust in your actions speaks volumes to both his character and his love for you.
