That illness I still suffer from at 24, the one that made me drop out of high school at 16, the one that we're still paying off the medical bills from the testing for. That illness that caused all those tears and all that stress...
I faked it all because I couldn't handle the pressure. I've been faking it so long, I feel like I can't ever tell you the truth.
If it's any consolation you probably DO have something wrong with you to fake an illness that long. Mental illnesses are not as well understood as purely physical ailments but that doesn't make them any less real.
