I’ve recently started this habit where I occasionally make myself throw up after eating. It makes me feel better but worse at the same time. I can’t help feeling guilty because my boyfriend has been expressing worry over my eating habits and I constantly lie and tell him I’m eating properly. Same thing with my parents. I feel like I should do something because I don’t want to make it a regular occurrence but I don’t want to make a big deal out of it when it probably isn’t. What should I do?
