BAD NEIGHBORS KEEP YOUR ** IN YOUR BACKYARD!
I am sick of my neighbors - they all are on housing, work under the table (don't report to housing), deal drugs, use drugs, NEVER watch their children who end up in our yard leaving trash, trying to steal bikes, fighting, yelling loudly.
What kind of parent doesn't care about their kids futures? They care about clubbing and doing drugs - and their kids become our problems!
I'm ready to start reporting all these lowlifes to housing and the police. From now on the cops will be called so they better keep their heathenous little bastards out of our yard!

What about putting a fence up around your yard. That may solve one issue... If you can, try not (as hard as it is) to let them get to you because it just will continue to agitate you. You can't control how someone else lives their lives or raises their children. There's a lot of trash out there. Have you seen that show, Fear thy Neighbor - blanking on what network it's on. But OMG! Seriously, let go what you can and just choose your battles wisely. Because there could always be way way worse!
I complete agree, you should report them but don't make it so obvious when you do. Have you ever thought about writing the housing authority about what they are doing and how many times the cops been called?
