I really need some advice I don’t know what to do
I’ve been having thoughts...very bad thoughts. Sometimes I dream of well...k*ll*ng people..it’s not anyone I know just random people. I have 2 older siblings and I’m really scared for them. I don’t know if I can stop myself anymore. I’m too scared to tell my mother because I think she’ll call me a monster...someone please help me I’m desperate
Dont make a bad choice one second your life can be ruined for good. Go get help
Hey! Maybe you can ask your mom or someone you’re comfortable with to bring you to therapy? If you can afford it, it will really help. For the time being just remind yourself that you’re in control and you won’t act on any impulses.
