Whilst Liberty and Summer are cute smokers, they are smoking too much in my opinion; although my sister thinks it's fine. As a result, they don't eat all their breakfast, lunch and dinner and they're smoking something in the order of 12 cigarettes per day. Should I reduce their intake? It is apparent that they like to flick their lighters and this is undoubtedly the reason for them smoking excessively.

Little ones do tend to accelerate their smoking quickly, or so I've noticed. I find that if they are occupied physically, like playing a lot, they are less likely to be bored enough to want to smoke. Maybe also give them another way to light their ciggies. Honestly, I don't know what too much smoking would be at their age. I don't consider a pack a day too much for, say, an 8 year old. So, maybe 10 ciggies isn't unreasonable for them? Just guessing.

It's that time of week when I buy cigarettes for the family. I have to take responsibility for allowing Liberty and Summer to smoke just as I do with Ren and Lilly for encouraging them. My mum thinks it's sweet they smoke. She gave Summer a cig and bent down to light it for her. Summer said "I can light the f ucking thing myself great nanna". I could never talk to my mum like that, how times have changed.
My brother would f ucking flip if he knew they smoke but then I couldn't give a f uck. My sister, kids, Chloe and Rick don't talk to him anyway, although my mum wants us to be on talking terms. He'd have convulsions if he knew Chloe smokes as well, drinks occasionally and f ucks.

Can't wait for school to start. I don't know what Jack will do with her mouth when she goes back! It's like she's constantly got something in it, be it a ciggie, food, or cola. She's decided never to drink water again--only soda or beer or cream. Crazy teens. She drinks like 2 or 3 liters of Coke a day, half a liter of cream, and eats at least one package of Oreo cookies a day, an entire box of chocolates, a dozen donuts (although Chuckles eat some of those with her), ice cream, and they go out for fast food 3-4 times a day and have food delivered for dinner. Jack proudly told me she's eating between 7000 and 8000 calories a day! And she smokes at least a pack and a half a day. And weed. I'm telling you, at the end of the week, I have no spare cash left anymore!

Oops that flew off before I finished posting. In McDonald's restaurants there's notation that the ideal daily calorie intake for adults is 7,800 from memory. I don't know how many calories there are in a Big Mac. I can't stand them to be honest. To me it's s like biting into a wet sponge.

Actually, for females, normal calorie intake is between about 1600 and 2400 a day. School's still out but will be starting in a couple weeks. Today's my day off at the bar, so I'm sitting hereat the kitchen table, chain-smoking and drinking wine, watching Chuckles feeding Jack white sugar by the spoonful while she sits on the kitchen counter. She's downed at least 25 or 30 spoonfuls, letting the sugar dissolve in her mouth before swallowing, and still seems to be enjoying it--they're giggling and kissing as he's still feeding her as I write. He's starting to get a bone r and she's rubbing her pu ssy, so I think the feeding will soon be over! lol. I now know why we've been going through so much sugar lately!

Liberty and Summer are smoking really well, they are both inhaling. Now here's a problem I'm facing. They, Like Ren and Lilly have a reaction to nicotine patches in that they make them feel nauseated and itchy. I will have to see if spray mist makes any difference. They will definitely need something to alleviate their cravings during childcare. They went this morning but had 3 cigarettes each before they left. Ren and Lilly will walk up to get them back for lunch so they can have another couple of ciggies before they take them back again.

We'll just have to persevere with the spray mist for the little ones. They are little ladies when they're smoking. The cross their legs, put their hair back behind their ears, tilt their head then light their cigarette. I bought them electronic lighters because they the press button operation is a lot easier for them rather than flick the disposal variety.
Ren and Lilly will just have to continue going to childcare, picking them up and bringing them back for lunch, having a few ciggies, changing their clothes and then take them back.
I suppose Jack can do the same. She and Chuckles can go home, Jack can each as much as possible in the time it allows, smoke all the cigarettes she possibly can consume and they can ** their @rses off. This is provided the school isn't all that far from home. She'll have to refrain from smoking weed.
