How many cigarettes do you have in a pack? Three ppd might not be too bad. We have 20 per pack. When I was pregnant with Ella, I tried to not smoke more than 1 ppd, and everything turned out fine. So with Sam and Justin, I just didn't give it a second thought and smoked as much as I wanted, which in those days was 2ppd plus several extra. By now, I am up to 3 to 3.5 pdd.
